    1)How much does shipping cost?

     Shipping rates displayed above are an estimate and except for products with free shipping. The available shipping methods and rates for your cart will be displayed during checkout .

     Delivery Fees:
     Oversized items and items with additional delivery fees are not included in the order subtotal when calculating the cart shipping rate.

     2)What delivery options are available?

     USA in stock! No waiting! We have available stock for immediate delivery. 

     Standard Shipping:

  • Deliveries are made in 3 to 5 business days after the day it ships out.
  • Rural and remote areas may incur longer delivery times.
  • Holidays and unexpected weather may impact delivery times as well

     

     Economy Shipping:

  • For Free Shipping promotions only
  • Deliveries are made between 5 to 7 business after the day it ships out.
  • Rural and remote areas may incur longer delivery times.

     Need it faster?

  • 3 Day Express - Arrives 3 business days after the day it ships out.
  • 2 Day Express - Arrives 2 business days after the day it ships out.
  • Next Day - Arrives on the next business day after the day it ships out.

     We can ship most* products to the following areas:
     Contiguous United States
     U.S. Territories
     Certain items have shipping restrictions that may limit where they can be shipped. Please check the product page for any listed limitations.

 

  • Return &  Refund Policy

         

      Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of order.  Products must be returned in good, usable condition and in original packaging.  If an item is defective or damaged, please call us to evaluate all the options for an exchange or full refund.   All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.  Due to health concerns, wearable’s, headwear and food items cannot be returned.  Other non-returnable items include:  glow products, custom imprinted items, seasonal and/or dated items after the event date.  All closeout sales are final and cannot be returned.  

      NOTE:  A Return Form must be included with returned item to receive credit.  Products received without a Return Form may not be accepted. If the returned Products are not accepted, no refund or exchange will be granted. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the sender.
